In order to request a refund, click on: http://www.uniblue.com/support/ticket/ to contact our Customer Support team. Refunds must be requested within 60 days from purchase and requests should include the following information:
name and surname;
order number; and
e-mail address used in the purchase process.
Only purchases made from the Uniblue store, including subscription renewals, may be refunded under this refund policy.
We will only refund the amount actually paid for the product (including any applicable taxes, but excluding any international bank charges that might apply).
Refunds are generally received within 5-7 business days but may vary depending on your mode of payment and/or bank processing times. If you experience a considerable delay in receiving payment of the refund amount, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Once the refund of a purchased product has been processed, the purchased product's full functionality will be disabled. Non-renewed subscriptions will no longer entitle you to the subscription benefits connected with the product.
