I bought a product. Now what?

Once you have successfully completed your order, you will be presented with an Order confirmation page which includes download links to the product(s) purchased and any serial numbers required.

The same information is also sent to you via e-mail for you to archive. If you already have a free-scan/trial version of the software installed on your computer, you do not need to download the software again. All you need to do is activate or unlock the software to its full capabilities, using the provided serial number.

To activate your product

  1. Open your software-product.
  2. Click on the Register Now button. A pop-up will prompt you to enter your serial number. Uniblue serial numbers come in the following format, where X represents a character:
    XX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX.
  3. Copy the serial number. To do this you can follow the following instructions:
    • Highlight the full serial number.
    • Right-click and select copy.
  4. Paste the serial number by clicking on the link titled 'Click here to paste the serial number into the above box.'
  5. Click on Activate now.
