I get the message “Activation failed: invalid serial number” upon activation, what should I do?

Firstly, please ensure that you have downloaded the latest version of Powersuite. If you are not sure you can download the latest version from the following link:

www.uniblue.com/support/downloads/


Secondly, we suggest you try to enter the serial number following these instructions:

1. Copy the serial key as follows:

  • Highlight the full serial key by clicking and holding down the left mouse button whilst pulling your mouse over the text.
  • Right-click and select copy from the drop down menu.

2. Open Powersuite.

3. Paste the serial number into the textbox that says 'Paste serial number' by right clicking on the textbox and choosing 'Paste' from the menu that comes up.

4. Click on the 'Activate' button.

If you entered a valid serial number, Powersuite should now be activated. Click on 'Finish' and you can start using all the features of Powersuite.
