Why is my payment being declined?

If your credit card details are not being accepted in the shopping cart, kindly ensure that you are entering all the information correctly. Credit cards accepted are Vista, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.

If, on the other hand, you completed your order but then received a web page or email stating that “Your payment was not authorized,” probably, your credit card is not being allowed  to process international transactions. Check with your credit card company and, if this turns out to be the case, they should be able to grant you permission for international transactions through your card.
